Pexozi Higixo provides document services including verification, translation, notarization and template preparation. All services are subject to Singapore law and regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not submit false or misleading documents
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service

4. Service Limitations

While we strive for accuracy in our services, we cannot guarantee:

• The legal validity of any document in specific jurisdictions
• The acceptance of our work by third parties
• The accuracy of source materials provided by clients
• Results in legal proceedings or official applications

5. Fees and Payments

All services require payment as quoted. We accept:

• Bank transfers
• Credit/debit cards
• PayNow

Payment must be received before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

• Requests made before work begins: Full refund
• After work begins but before completion: 50% refund
• After completion: No refund

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pexozi Higixo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top of these Terms.
